Where do I find my tracking number?

Check your order confirmation email or your account under My Orders. Once shipped, we add the carrier tracking number to your TE- order.

How long until tracking appears?

Tracking is usually added within 1–2 business days after your order ships. Pending orders may not have a number yet.

Can I track without an account?

Yes. Enter your TE- order number or any carrier tracking number — no sign-in required.

Which carriers are supported?

We detect USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL, Amazon Logistics, OnTrac, LaserShip, and more. Unknown numbers open a Google search fallback.
